The railway tow tractor was customized on our customers' demand from Wuhan railway company, it will be used in towing the train on railway, the tow tractor can move on the road after ending the work on railway, so Newld company designed two groups of wheels including rail type and road type. Due to the The rough road conditions, so we designed the crawler type o run on the road. The railway tow tractor comprises a tractor, and the front end of the tractor is equipped with hooks.

Feature

1. Drive power supply: It is driven by a maintenance-free valve-controlled environmentally-friendly battery for traction, which is rain-proof and moisture-proof, and a battery capacity display instrument is set on the panel.

2. Braking system: through the remote control handle brake control, the tractor can brake to stop running (automatic brake function). The electric braking function of the four drive motors in emergency and parking brake can act on the four drive motors to perform emergency braking, and the braking distance is less than 3.5m when the tractor is running at full speed.

3. Remote control device. Using professional wireless remote control device, the remote control distance is not less than 100m, and the protocol code is used to realize the non-interference between the remote control objects. The operation realized by the remote control device: functions such as forward, backward, steering of the tractor, up/down of the track guide device, stepless speed change, signal horn, emergency stop, etc.

4. Warning system. Four indicator lights and one warning light are installed on the tractor, two indicating the lowest position of the guide wheel pair, indicating that the guide wheel pair has fallen in place, and the tractor can drive on the rails. The other two indicate the axial position of the front and rear driving wheel pairs, indicating that the wheel axis is consistent with the traction direction. Only four lights flash at the same time before traction can be carried out on the rail.

5. Traction connecting device. Both the front and rear of the tractor are equipped with traction process couplers, which can achieve (forward and reverse) traction.

6. Safety device. There is an emergency stop button on the remote control of the tractor. When an emergency occurs, the emergency stop button can be pressed to avoid accidents; there is a main power switch on the display panel, and the main switch can also be pulled down to make the vehicle stop in an emergency. At the same time, there is also a brake button for two driving directions on the remote control. As long as the operator pulls the handle in the brake position, the equipment will stop running.
