2 sets 5t mobile cable power electric driven transfer platforms were delivered to NanJing automatic workshop, the transfer platforms were used in production line for robot arm handling, the running distance is 8m. As per the working requirement, the transfer platform should realize automatically stop when reach required position by plc control system.

Working Principle

The electric driven transfer platform is powered by the tow cable directly introduces the 380V cable into the electric control system of the transfer platform to control the start, stop, forward and backward of the transfer platform. The cable placed on the ground is dragged by the movement of the flat car to realize the power supply of the transfer platform. The cable is placed in the center of the two tracks, and the operating system is controlled by a low-voltage 36V power supply.
