In industrial environments such as large-scale foundries, how to handle high-temperature iron blocks has long been an urgent problem to be solved. Manual handling not only causes great harm to workers but also does not meet the requirements of modern industrialization. Traditional handling equipment is prone to failure due to high-temperature radiation and is limited by the length of cables, resulting in a limited working range and inability to fully meet actual usage needs. To solve this problem, we have launched this maintenance-free battery powered rail transfer car with a maximum capacity of 50 tons.
This transfer car has no restrictions on the operating distance and does not require cable power supply, fundamentally eliminating the length limitation of cables. It is powered by a maintenance-free battery and is equipped with a portable charging pile, which allows the car to be charged at any time, eliminating the trouble of finding a fixed charging station. The battery can be charged and discharged more than 1000 times, has a long service life, and does not require regular addition of distilled water.

The transfer car's platform adopts a box-girder-type frame, which is wear-resistant, durable, and not easy to deform. A layer of refractory bricks is laid on the platform, enabling it to operate stably in an environment of up to 500°C and reducing the impact of thermal radiation on electrical appliances. To further reduce the possibility of the handled items falling, a pair of evenly distributed iron brackets are installed on the platform. The installation direction of the iron brackets is consistent with the running direction to prevent items from slipping.
The transfer car adopts an innovative suspended design, with each electrical appliance placed in a suspended state, which can further reduce the impact of thermal radiation on the electrical appliances. This high-temperature-resistant rail transfer car is remotely controlled, which can increase the distance between the operator and the car and reduce the impact of thermal radiation on the operator.
In terms of environmental protection, the transfer car operates with zero exhaust emissions throughout the process, conforming to the current trend of green production. It can be widely used in various harsh scenarios to complete the handling tasks of objects, work pieces, semi-finished products, etc.
