From the perspective of structural design, the transfer cart adopts a sophisticated combination of a box-girder frame and a dual-hydraulic lifting device. With a load-bearing capacity of up to 10 tons, it can easily meet the handling requirements of various heavy-duty molds. The concave design at the rear is ingenious, which can skillfully accommodate special-shaped molds, effectively solving the "jamming" pain points that traditional transfer carts often encounter when dealing with irregularly shaped molds, and greatly enhancing the flexibility and versatility of handling.
Actual operation: When a handling task is initiated, the transfer cart will accurately drive to the bottom of mold A along the preset rail.
At this time, the hydraulic lifting device starts rapidly. With its precise control ability, it smoothly lifts the tabletop until it perfectly docks with mold A, ensuring a tight fit between the two and providing a solid foundation for subsequent handling.
In the mold-grasping process, the triangular cast-steel support plays a full role, firmly supporting the mold with its stable triangular structure.
At the same time, the hollow design of the support near the ground is uniquely ingenious, ensuring that the bottom of the mold will not be interfered with during the grasping process, greatly enhancing the safety and stability of the grasping process. After the grasping is completed, the flexible steering advantage of the transfer cart begins to show.
Its equipped cast-steel wheels can rotate 90°, easily switching between horizontal and vertical tracks, skillfully avoiding various equipment obstacles in the complex workshop environment and moving straight towards the mold B station.
Finally, when reaching the target station, the hydraulic system once again demonstrates its precise control ability, slowly lowering and accurately placing mold B in the designated position.
The entire handling process is completed in one go, without any manual intervention throughout. Compared with traditional handling methods, the efficiency is increased by more than 50%, greatly shortening the production cycle.
