The bay to bay heavy duty rail transfer table is an electric material transfer cart mounted on the steel rails. The rail transfer table is a long span super low deck ferry transfer cart and also known as transfer platform.

This kind of heavy-duty rail transfer table get power from cable drum, there are four tracks in the middle are supported to ensure the bearing capacity. Small auxiliary wheels are added in the middle to ensure that the overall structure is not deformed.

Application:

Rail transfer table is primarily responsible for material transfer between different sections. Two rails are installed above rail transfer table to facilitate the passage of auxiliary handling tools for transporting materials, molds, etc., between different production workshops.

Before operation, operators need to ensure that the power supply is connected and the working environment is clean and safe.

During operation, rail transfer table is transferred from the parking area to a suitable location, and the hydraulic rods at both ends are lowered to connect the platforms, thereby enabling interconnection between different production workshops.

After operation, operators need to ensure that the power supply is disconnected and properly stored. Both the wired handle and wireless remote control should be kept to facilitate next use. Meanwhile, attention should be paid to the usage condition of rail transfer table; if there is any fault, maintenance personnel should be contacted in a timely manner for repair.
