The explosion-proof rail transfer trolley is an electric-powered material handling trolley running on the steel rail. 

Structure

This rail transfer trolley equipped with box beam frame,cast steel wheel,with features of durable and not easy to deform.The frame of this kind of rail transfer trolley is made of the welded profile steel, the reticular holes on the table of the rail trolley can easily let the abrasive dropping off the trolley to make the blasting work convenient.

The transfer trolley is topped with a similarly perforated turntable, allowing for 360 degrees free rotation.It can be operated wirelessly or via a wired handle to control forward and backward movements.The trolley is powered by a cable drum, with a cable extension up to 200 meters, offering unlimited usage time and allowing for use as needed.

Applications

This transfer trolley is used in conjunction with suspension equipment in a painting workshop. Operators remotely navigate to the target location, and workers place the parts to be painted on top of the trolley before transferring it to the painting area.

While in the painting area, the turntable on top of the trolley rotates in conjunction with the painting equipment to ensure even coating of the workpiece.
