Newld customer ordered 1 set coil motorized transfer trolley for workshop finished product transport. The company main business is for cold-rolled coil, pickling hot-rolled coil, galvanized coil, color-coated sheet, non-oriented silicon steel, etc..

As per our customer requirement, the rail transfer trolley plan needs to transport 3 pcs coils at a time, the coils are laid flat on the trolley, the length of one coil is about 1500mm, 20 tons. One day requires uninterrupted work. The running distance is about 150m, and the rails also need to be provided with the rail transfer trolley together. Therefore, we recommended the low voltage rail powered type transfer trolley to our customer, and without limited cable, it can freely working. Whats’ more, the v frame was installed on the cart to protect the safety of coils.
