Application:

This rail electric transfer cart is deployed in production workshops primarily for mould transfer operations. The cart is equipped with a hydraulic lifting platform and a dual-wheel system for both longitudinal and lateral movement.

Upon activation, the operator uses a wireless remote control to guide the cart to its designated position. The hydraulic lifting platform is then raised to facilitate autonomous loading and unloading. Subsequently, the cart utilises its wheel system to traverse both longitudinal and lateral distances, reaching locations such as the spraying line to commence the next production stage.
The cart performs reciprocating movements according to production requirements. To ensure operational safety, it incorporates laser dead man's stop devices and audible/visual warning lights, employing alerts and laser scanning to safeguard usage.
At the end of each working day, operators must relocate the cart to the designated parking area for daily inspection, recording its operational status in the logbook.
