This chain conveyor rail transfer cart is powered by a sliding contact line and has a load capacity of 5 tons.There is a chain added to the countertop of the rail transfer cart, and the docking of the chain is realized through the operation of the rail transfer cart.The chain enables self-propel, with dimensions matching the receiving rail for precise material alignment. Automated loading and unloading minimises manual intervention, enhancing operational efficiency.

Furthermore, this rail transfer cart incorporates wheel clamps to ensure operational stability and prevent slippage. It is also fitted with three colors audible and visual warning lights alongside a laser dead man's stop device. The warning lights alert personnel to give way, while the dead man's stop mechanism instantly cuts power within a 3-metre radius upon detection, minimising damage from collisions or impacts.

Application:

This 5 tons chain conveyor rail transfer cart is deployed within material handling centres to connect production lines and storage areas.
The transfer cart operates along straight rails, traversing multiple production lines for docking. Upon reaching the docking point, operators remotely activate the chain conveyor to position materials accurately. The cart then proceeds to the storage area's docking line, where the chain is engaged for automated loading and unloading.

The transfer cart performs multiple return trips, offering flexible operation with adjustable running speeds to suit production requirements.
Upon completion of operations, the operator must inspect the transfer cart's condition and document findings before returning it to the holding area.
