Recently, a 2 tons lithium powered trackless Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) designed specifically for high temperature mold handling scenarios in mold factories has been officially launched in the market. The AGV features a high strength cast steel spliced frame, with overall dimensions of 2000*1000*500mm, ensuring structural stability under heavy load conditions of up to 2 tons.
The platform supports customized designs to securely hold various types of molds, and combined with high temperature resistant materials, it operates stably and continuously in high temperature workshop environments, solving the problem of traditional equipment failing under high temperatures.

Flexible Operation: The trackless design completely eliminates the limitations of track installation, allowing for flexible adjustments to workshop layouts. The lithium battery power system enables operation without distance restrictions, with a single charge supporting 8 hours of full-load work. The 360 degrees freely rotating steering wheel, coupled with intelligent path planning, easily adapts to the complex production routes in mold factories, improving operational flexibility by 60% compared to traditional track-based equipment.

Easy Operation and High Safety: The AGV is equipped with a wireless remote control and intelligent coding control system, with an LED display providing real-time feedback on operational status and battery level. The laser dead man stop and safety edges form a dual protection system, ensuring safe human-machine collaboration. The interface is simple and intuitive, allowing ordinary workers to operate independently after just 30 minutes of training.
Currently, the equipment has been debugged and put into use in mold factories, with smart charging stations installed nearby. When the vehicle's battery level drops below 20%, it automatically moves to the charging station and can resume operations after just one hour of fast charging.
