Recently, a 20 tons battery powered RGV designed specifically for mold factories' spray painting lines was officially launched. Its innovative design solves mold handling challenges and injects high efficiency momentum into the industry.
Developed independently by our company, this equipment features a compact 4000*2200*800mm design, equipped with a box-girder frame and a hydraulic lift table. It combines stability and flexibility, enabling fully automated transfer of molds from the pre-treatment area to the spray painting line, marking a new era in flexible production in the mold manufacturing industry.
As a new generation of intelligent handling equipment, it offers multiple advantages:
No operating distance restrictions, no track constraints (a dual-wheel system enables right-angle steering), and high temperature resistance (explosion proof housing and high temperature resistant cables withstand continuous operation at 50°C).
In terms of intelligence, a wireless remote control, PLC encoding system, and LED display enable precise docking within ±2mm. Laser dead man stop and emergency stop buttons provide dual safety features. Cast steel wheels with a shock-absorbing design ensure smooth operation even under 20 tons loads.
In a pilot application at a large mold manufacturer, the RGV reduced mold transfer time on the spray painting line from 25 minutes using a traditional forklift to 8 minutes, increasing single-shift production by 180%.
