Requirements Of Rail turntable Transfer Cart
The rail turntable transfer cart is designed for cross rails to turn with 90 degree in warehouse and plants. Equipment Structure: The rail turntable transfer cart is composed of frame, rotary table, driving device, control box, etc. The main body of the rotary table is equipped with guide rail. The rotary table is composed of rotary configuration and working table made of German advanced patent technology, which can rotate 90 degrees.
It has the characteristics of flexible rotation, rapid response, safe and reliable performance. The automatic deceleration control is realized by the frequency conversion governor for track docking, and an electronic control safety limit device is set between the two positions of 90 degrees to ensure the accurate positioning of the rotary table when rotating, so that the body guide rail and the ground track are well aligned; the auxiliary support wheel group is set under the rotary table to ensure the safety and stability of the rotary table.
Frame System: The frame is of plate frame structure, which is composed of longitudinal beam, cross beam and steel plate. Steel plate is laid on the working table. The profiles and steel plates used meet the corresponding national standards.
Rust removal coating requirements: steel plate, profile, casting and forging surface rust removal to reach GB8923 ST2 level. The surface is coated with antirust primer and dark gray finish, and the guide rail is not painted.
Transmission System: The motor drives the reducer to transmit the power to the rotary device to drive the rotary table to rotate. The connection between each component and the main body is reliable. The motor adopts brake motor with protection grade of IP44 and insulation grade of E.
Control System: There is a control box on the ground. The control box is equipped with left-hand, right-hand, inching, stop buttons and corresponding indicator lights. All electrical components of control box are domestic famous brand products.
