The power taking device is the core part of KPD and KPDS series rail powered transfer cart. It feeds the low-voltage electricity to the step-up transformer on the car body through the power grinding block, and then the step-up transformer increases the low voltage to the rated voltage and supplies it to the driving motor of the rail power flat cart. The existing power taking device is mainly composed of a guide frame, a guide post, an insulating plate and a grinding block. The guide frame is fixed on the cart body through the insulating plate, the guide post is placed in the vertical chute of the guide frame, the grinding block is pressed on the conductive rail and fixed at the lower end of the guide post through the grinding block base plate, and the guide post and the conductive rail form a 90 degree angle. The disadvantage of this kind of power taking device is that when there are foreign matters on the conductor rail, weld of the guide rail, or the surface of the conductor rail is uneven due to deformation, wear and other reasons, the convex part is very easy to collide with the power grinding block, so that the guide frame or guide pillar is deformed, and even the power taking device is damaged or scrapped, which greatly reduces the operation reliability of the power taking device.
The grinding block of the patent rail transfer cart of the utility model is connected with the car body of the electric flat car through the movable guide arm. When the surface of the guide rail is uneven, the small swing of the movable guide arm can reduce the impact of the convex part on the grinding block, so as to reduce the failure rate of the power taking device, improve the operation reliability of the power taking device, and ensure the normal operation of the electric flat car.
