1. The resistance between the two rails is not less than 10Kω. For this reason, the rails should be insulated. For example, the bottom of the rail is coated with asphalt and both sides of the rail are filled with tar sand.
2. The actual voltage of the 36V power supply track should not be greater than 42V and the transfer cart should not be less than 32V when starting at the end of the line.
3. The rail surface of the two rails should be 8-10mm higher than the workshop floor, and there should be a wheel rim groove on the inside edge between the two rails to allow the transfer cart to pass smoothly.
4. If it is a seamed track, the outside of the rail joint should be chamfered at 3~5mm×45° to avoid collision with the lower edge of the friction block that is not chamfered.
5. The material handling transfer cart cannot be towed by other vehicles that are greater than the rated speed of the material handling transfer cart to avoid overspeeding of the motor.
6. The material handling transfer cart must be inspected when used for the first time, and should also be inspected regularly during use.
7. The material handling transfer cart uses forward and reverse parking buttons to operate with the cart. It should be reversed after parking. Rapid direction changes are strictly prohibited.
8. Run the new cart empty for more than 10 minutes. After observing that all components are normal, gradually increase the load to the rated load.
As we all know, the electric motor plays a vital role in the material handling transfer cart, so how can we better ensure that the electric motor keeps working normally at all times?
Some routine maintenance and repair methods for electric motors
1. The air duct of the motor must be unobstructed, and no heat source should be placed around the motor. If problems are found, preventive measures should be taken promptly.
2. Always pay attention to abnormal bearing dynamics, overheating, oil leakage, and excessive axial and radial shaking. If problems are found, they should be dealt with and damaged bearings should be replaced in time.
3. The motor should be inspected regularly, usually once every three months and overhauled once a year.
4. Under normal circumstances, replace the grease every six months.
5. During the use of the motor, it is necessary to regularly check the technical condition of each component, promptly clean up dust, water, oil, iron filings and other debris that can enter the body and take preventive and control measures.
