In order to solve this problem, we modified the trackless electric flat cart and replaced its steering system with hydraulic steering. Operators can easily touch the molds on both sides of the channel when walking, which will not only cause damage to the molds, but also pose a threat to the safety of the operators.
In order to solve this problem, we decided to transform the steering system of the trackless electric flat cart into hydraulic steering. The hydraulic steering system achieves steering through the conversion of hydraulic energy, which is more flexible and sensitive than mechanical steering. When walking, the operator only needs to turn the steering wheel slightly, and the hydraulic steering system can quickly respond and turn. In this way, the operator can more accurately control the walking direction of the trackless electric flat cart and avoid touching the molds on both sides of the channel.
Hydraulic steering not only improves the simplicity of operation, but more importantly ensures the safety of operation. When using a mechanical differential steering system, operators often feel nervous about touching the mold. This emotion will not only affect work efficiency, but also lead to operational errors or accidents. The modification of the hydraulic steering system effectively eliminates this worry.
