Product Brief

To meet the demand for transporting finished products on the production line of flour mills, we have launched this customized 1 ton cable-powered rail mounted roller table transfer cart.
This transfer cart adopts a cable reel power supply system combined with a rail design, and its operating distance can reach 0-200 meters, meeting the transportation needs from the production line to the loading area. The roller table has the same size as the docking conveyor belt and is centrally placed, occupying 4/5 of the table area, ensuring precise docking with the production line. The roller table can be self-driven electrically, reducing the need for manual labor during material transfer. The table of the transfer cart is designed as a flat structure, equipped with three-sided surrounding guardrails. Sound and light alarm lights are installed above the right side and below the left side respectively, which not only stabilizes the transportation of flour bags but also ensures the safety of operation.

Combined with the structure and accessories:
Cable reel and its supporting wire guide posts and cable arrangers: The cable reel system can automatically retract and release the cable, ensuring the stability of the power supply. The coordinated use of the wire guide posts and cable arrangers avoids the problems of cable knotting or tangling during the retraction and release process, further improving the service life and operation efficiency of the equipment.
Laser automatic stop device when encountering people: The laser sensors installed at the front and rear of the transfer cart can detect in real time whether there are people approaching in front. When an obstacle or person is detected, it will immediately issue a sound and light alarm and stop running automatically to ensure the safety of the operators.
Three-sided surrounding guardrails: The guardrail design not only stabilizes the transportation of flour bags but also provides additional protection functions to prevent materials from slipping or tipping over. The configuration of sound and light alarm lights further improves the safety performance of the equipment, ensuring safe operation in complex environments.
On the production line of the flour mill, this transfer cart realizes the automatic transfer of finished flour bags through precise docking with the conveyor belt. The self-driven rotation function of the roller table not only reduces manual intervention but also significantly improves the transportation efficiency. The laser automatic stop device and sound and light alarm lights provide multiple safety protections during operation to ensure the safety of the operators. Through remote control, the operators can easily complete the transportation tasks on complex routes, further improving the intelligent level of production.
