Product Brief

Product Parameters: The 10 ton rail roller transfer cart is a kind of flatbed rail cart powered by battery and equipped with long axis roller carrier on the table. The rollers are driven by chain. The auxiliary supporting small wheel is added in the middle to increase the force. The roller frame can be adjusted freely in the transverse direction. The roller transfer cart system can be customized as per demands to meet the real appliaction requirements.

Application:

This is a customized roller table cart, mainly used for transferring coiled materials. Meanwhile, the table rollers can be self-driven to rotate on the table, facilitating workers in welding, adjustment and other operations.

Before operation-The operator arrives at the docking area, starts the transfer cart to check the power status and whether the rollers are functioning properly.

During operation-After confirming that the transfer cart is in normal working condition, the operator can start it via wireless remote control to execute commands such as moving forward and backward, so that it reaches the appropriate position on the production line. Then, it loads the reels, moves to the welding area, waits for the welders to work, and then transports them to the next production position, and so on.

After operation-When the daily production is completed, the operator should check the power and usage status of the transfer cart in time and charge it promptly for subsequent use.
