Recently, a 13 tons battery powered rail transfer cart specially designed for high temperature production workshops was officially launched. Innovative Structure
The transfer cart adopts a high strength box beam frame, divided into a dual-layer power and traction system. The lower layer is a maintenance-free lithium battery powered power cart, ensuring unrestricted long-distance operation; the upper layer is equipped with a cable powered traction cart, which, through the coordinated operation of an automatic flip platform and an automatic traction device, enables seamless mold transfer from the vacuum furnace to the production line.
Safety Applications
The transfer cart is operated via wireless remote control, allowing operators to work away from high temperature environments. The cart is equipped with audible and visual warning lights and a laser dead man stop system, providing multiple layers of safety protection for nearby personnel and equipment. Additionally, the cable drag chain system and fixed slot design ensure long-term operational stability, while hydraulic cylinders guarantee smooth and powerful flipping.
