40 Tons Steerable AGV with Automatic Charging for Factory
Recently, a lithium battery powered trackless automated guided vehicle (AGV) with a maximum load capacity of 40 tons was officially launched, designed to meet the demands of high temperature working environments and heavy load flexible handling.
The vehicle features a cast steel spliced frame, offering robust and reliable structural strength, with dimensions of 2500 × 1800 × 800 mm. It is purpose-built for the efficient transfer of large materials, molds, and workpieces within factory premises and production workshops.
The AGV adopts a cast steel spliced frame with a load safety factor of 1.5 times. Equipped with a Mecanum wheel omnidirectional drive system, it achieves 360 degrees flexible steering with a minimum turning radius of only 2 meters, making it perfectly suitable for narrow workshop aisles.The fully sealed electrical system can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -15°C to 65°C, addressing the operational challenges of traditional equipment in high temperature workshops.

Intelligent Operation and Visualized Monitoring
The automated guided vehicle is equipped with a wireless remote control and an intelligent coding control system. Operators can monitor real-time operating parameters via an LED display screen. The bottom lifting device enables automated material handling with a positioning accuracy of ±3 mm.
Operational Safety and Long Endurance
The product features dual protection with a laser dead man stop and safety contact edges, enabling instant emergency braking. The lithium battery, paired with an intelligent charging station, supports opportunity charging and provides up to 8 hours of endurance, meeting the demands of full-day continuous operations.
