AGV Cart Start
1: Turn the electric lock key switch to the right on position, the battery control system automatically detects the battery voltage and external wiring status. When it is normal, enter the internal output module. At this time, the power indicator lights up and the electricity meter displays the system voltage value. When the voltage value is lower than 48V, please charge the car in time.
2: Initialize the direction of the steering wheel of the car to return to the right direction. Click the button to find the reference point on the touch screen, wait for the position of the 1# and 2# steering wheel to be 0, and then click the straight button. (Or after switching the mode switch to the remote control position, click the remote control start button and click the search reference point button to check the position of the 1# and 2# steering wheel displayed on the touch screen. When the values are all 0, click the straight button to turn to the steering wheel Automatically return to normal).
3: Driver fine-tuning. Before starting to walk, please check whether the navigation arrow of the car body and the magnetic nail path line coincide, for example, when the left and right deviation is 10cm, aim at the forward or backward buttons of the remote control to walk in the car. Click the left/right fine adjustment button to move the car to the front /The position where the back navigation arrow and the magnetic nail path line coincide can be.
AGV Cart Control
1: Control operation is divided into local/remote/remote control mode. The local mode is to control the bidirectional automatic walking through the buttons of the body handle box.
The remote mode is the central control wireless Ethernet remote control (use the buttons on the operation column to control the emergency stop, loading and unloading of the car. The remote control mode is the jog control of the car's forward and backward and other functions through the remote control.
2: Straight travel mode. The above three modes can be used to control the precise positioning (±10mm) and walking of the trolley for straight-line travel (deviation is ±10mm, and the left-right deviation of the car body is ±20mm).
AGV Cart Protection
1: Anti-collision protection. The protection method is radar fan-shaped collision avoidance. When there is an obstacle at a distance of 1.5 meters in front of the car, the car will automatically decelerate to stop (the deceleration distance is 0.5 meters). When the obstacle leaves, the car will continue to move forward.
2: Bumper protection. When an obstacle touches the bumper, the car immediately stops immediately (as a secondary protection for the car).
3: Derailed automatic parking protection. When the car is driving in full automatic mode, the navigation sensor stops automatically within 10 seconds without receiving the signal of the magnetic nail.
AGV Cart Charging
The car battery supports 6 hours of continuous work. When a low-voltage buzzer alarm appears in the line, the car cannot start when it is stopped, and the power meter shows that the voltage is lower than 48ⅴ. Please charge the car in time. The charging operation is: click the touch screen (charge) button, the car will automatically drive to the charging pile position, decelerate to stop, manually open the emergency stop button of the charging cabinet, push up the left lower side of the cabinet to protect the air switch, and then touch the charging button after the charging cabinet touch screen is lit It can be automatically charged, and the battery will automatically stop output when the battery is full.
