Motorized Rail Transfer Carts Brief

The motorized rail transfer carts mainly have six series: KPD low voltage railway power supply, KPJ cable reel power supply, KPX battery power supply, KPC sliding contact line power supply, KPT towing cable type, KPF generator power supply.

Introduction of low voltage rail transfer cart:

Working principle: AC 380V voltage changes into 36V AC through transformer, two phases, and then rectifies into DC 36V. Through DC control system, the electric transfer cart is driven to start, stop, forward, backward, speed regulation, etc.

Application: S-shaped track, arc track, high temperature. It is suitable for low load, mostly 5-40 tons flatbed transfer cart, generally less than or equal to 50t, high frequency, medium and long-distance transportation occasions. It is not limited by distance. If it is longer than 70m, the number of transformers should be increased to make up for the rail voltage drop. The transfer carts is used frequently. 

Advantages: stable starting, large starting torque, small impact on reducer, low voltage, long service life, etc.
