First of all, steel plate selection processing. The frame of track type flatbed car is the main load-bearing mechanism of flat cart. The processing of frame is the key to the manufacture of track flat car, and its quality directly affects the running performance of the trolley. In order to improve the adhesion of the paint, the surface of the steel plate was first derusted by shot blasting machine.

Secondly, welding method. The welding deformation of rail transfer cart frame can be reduced by symmetrical welding of two or four persons and reasonable selection of current and welding speed. The adjustment plate of the angular bearing box of the track flat trolley is planed and adjusted. The bearing seat surface is milled, the trolley is assembled and welded on the platform, and the tooling fixture is used to ensure the accurate size and control the welding deformation.

Finally, architecture selection. The rail type transfer cart adopts the same box girder structure as the crane, and the double box girder ensures the load safety of the leveling machine on the flat car table. The rail transfer cart can pass the 120% load test before leaving the factory.
