Technical Requirements For Heavy Duty Rail Transfer Cart

The heavy duty rail transfer cart is a kind of industrial material transport equipment with large capacity up to 500 tonne. This kind of rail carts are customized as customer's demands. The technical requirements for heavy duty rail flat cars are as follows:

1. The wheel wear, scratch, peeling, concave and defect shall not exceed the limit.

2. The axle box is not damaged, and the axle box cover bolts are complete.

3. The axle box spring shall not be broken, escaped or lost, and the side beam, middle beam and end beam of bogie frame of four axle rail car shall not be cracked.

4. The coupler has no crack; the coupler knuckle pin is not broken; the coupler height meets the requirements. Among them: the installation bolts of type 2 coupler are tight and complete; the coupler yoke of buffer coupler shall be free of crack; the coupler lifting rod, seat and chain shall be complete and in good condition; the slave plate, slave plate seat, buffer and impact seat shall not be damaged; the bolts and nuts of Jun yoke bracket and coupler tail flat pin shall not be loose; the bolts and nuts of coupler joist shall not be lost; the distance between coupler knuckle and the inner side of coupler wrist shall meet the requirements.

5. The brake hose, each cock and handle, release valve and pull rod are not damaged or lost.

6. The brake shoe hanger and brake beam shall be free of crack; the brake shoe abrasion shall not be limited; the brake shoe and brake shoe bolt shall not be broken or lost; the safety chain shall not be broken or fallen off; the drop rod shall not be limited; the pull rod, lever, round pin, cotter pin and bolt shall not be broken or lost.

7. The hand brake accessories are complete without damage.
