Electrical Technical Requirements For Railway Transfer Trolley

The railway transfer trolleys produced by Xinxiang New Leader Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. fully meet the requirements of technical conditions for electric driven transfer trolley issued by the Ministry of machinery of the people's Republic of China JB / t6127-2010

1. All electrical components shall be fixed firmly and reliably; the wiring in the frame shall be threaded through the pipe, and the wire in the pipe shall have no joint, the bending radius of the threading pipe shall not be less than 5 times of the pipe diameter, and each wire tube shall be fixed and reliable.

2. The control wire is insulated with copper core rubber, and the cross section is not less than 1.5 square (multi strand) or 2.5 square (single strand).

3. The temperature rise of each motor and electric machine shall not be greater than 80 ℃.

4. When the cable drum or low-voltage rail is used for power supply, when the voltage at the receiving end drops to no less than 90% of the rated voltage, the electrical equipment shall be able to work normally; the insulation of the wheel to the axle and frame shall be good, and the slide block of the conductive device shall be stable, flexible and reliable.

5. When the battery is used for power supply, the charger shall automatically cut off the power when the battery is charged to the specified value, and there shall be sound and light alarm, and the charging time shall not be more than 6h; when the voltage is lower than the specified value, there shall be an audible and visual alarm; the charger shall be able to realize the conversion between fast charging and conventional charging;

6. The charging circuit shall ensure that there is no countercurrent between the charger and the battery.
