The industrial transfer car on rail is an electric powered material handling equipment widely applied in the industrial fields. The followings are the FAQ about the industrial application transfer cars.

Question: The braking distance is too long

Answer: The brake ring is worn, adjust the brake bolt or replace the brake ring.

Q: Motor temperature rise too high

A: Overload use: overload causes motor heating, long-term overload will burn the motor, transfer car on rail load must be within the rated load range. When transporting heavy objects, it can not be started after stopping.

Q: The system voltage is too low or fluctuates too much

A: Wait for the voltage to return to normal before starting.

Q: Motor phase loss

A: Check the number of power supply phases.

Q: Flat car without power supply display

A: No power: whether the electric system supplies power to the electric industrial transfer car, it is generally tested with a test pen. If not, it will work after power transmission.

Phase loss: the main and control circuit of the drive motor is damaged, the circuit is disconnected or the contact is poor, which will also make the flatbed transfer car drive motor open phase and can not work normally. In this case, the main and control circuits need to be overhauled. During the maintenance, in order to prevent the main and control circuit from burning the motor due to the lack of phase of the power supply from the main and control circuits to the three-phase motor, or the driving motor of the electric rail transfer car is suddenly powered on to run, causing harm Firstly, the motor should be disconnected from the power supply line, and only the main and control circuits can be powered. Then, the start and stop switches should be inched to check and analyze the working conditions of the control electrical appliances and circuits. The faulty electrical appliances or circuits should be repaired or replaced. When it is confirmed that the main and control circuits have no fault, the test run can be conducted again.

The voltage is too low: the motor terminal voltage is more than 10% lower than the rated voltage, and the motor starting torque is too small, which makes the electric flat car unable to move and cannot work. When checking, use a multimeter or voltmeter to measure the motor input terminal voltage.

Q: Excessive noise during operation

A: Electrical control cabinet failure: the abnormal noise occurs in the control circuit, which generally emits "hum" noise, most of which are contactor failures (such as poor contact of contactor contacts, inconsistent voltage level, stuck magnetic core, etc.), so the faulty contactor should be overhauled, and it must be replaced if it cannot be repaired. After treatment, the noise will be eliminated by itself.

Motor fault: stop the machine immediately and check whether the motor operates in single phase, or the bearing is damaged, the axis of the output shaft is not correct, and "scavenging" and other faults will make the motor have abnormal noise. The sound position, height and sound of different faults are different. When the single-phase operation is carried out, the whole motor will emit a "buzzing" sound which is regular, strong and weak; when the bearing is damaged, it will be near the bearing When the output shaft is out of timing, or the motor sweeps the chamber slightly, the whole motor emits a very high "buzz" sound, which is sometimes accompanied by a sharp and harsh sound. In a word, according to the different noise, we should find out the fault, carry out maintenance one by one, and restore the normal performance of the motor. When the motor fault is not handled, it is forbidden to use the electric powered transfer cars.

Gearbox failure: stop the machine for inspection. First, determine whether the gearbox or bearing of the reducer is lubricated before use, and whether the lubricating oil is changed regularly during use. If the gearbox is not lubricated according to the requirements, the reducer will not only produce excessive "buzz" sound, but also excessively wear or damage the gear and bearing.
