Main Components Of Rail Mounted Transfer Cart

The rail mounted transfer cart is an electric powered material handling tool applied in the workshop for material transport. The electric control system of electric rail transfer cart is mainly composed of control switch, voltage converter, warning lamp and conductive transmission device. Its main function is to provide the voltage needed for the operation of rail mounted cart and ensure its safety. The electric flat car mainly consists of transmission control device, electric control device, wheel and frame.

The drive control system of electric rail mounted trolley consists of motor, reducer, roller belt, brake device and brake controller. Its main function is to drive the transfer cart to slide on the track. The body of the cart is composed of steel frame, the outer surface of which is a high strength steel plate of 50MM thickness. The frame is welded by welding machine. The built-in electromagnetic coupling cable drum is directly placed under the frame for 360V three-phase alternating current.

Other operating equipment are: wheel frame, shaft coupling, transmission worm gear, pressure testing tools, etc.
