Dilemma in use: Large automobile manufacturing plants need to frequently handle 10 tons heavy dies. The plant environment is complex with large temperature fluctuations (up to 40°C in summer), and high-precision positioning (±10mm) is required to avoid die damage.
Solution: According to the actual needs of the customer, we customized this low platform AGV with a maximum load capacity of 10 tons.
Accuracy: Relying on QR navigation technology and with a positioning accuracy of ±10mm, the AGV can accurately shuttle through gaps between equipment along the preset path. Equipped with differential steering wheels, it achieves flexible steering to meet the operation needs of narrow passages in the workshop.
Control system: The AGV adopts a servo drive and steering control system to ensure stable operation. Workers can operate it via remote control or touch screen. Combined with a LASER sensing device (270-degree detection range, 3-meter gradual stop, 1-meter emergency stop), it can effectively avoid obstacles such as material piles and forklifts.

The dual-battery design is the key to efficient operation: when the main battery runs out of power, the backup battery switches seamlessly, and the 3-4-hour fast charging mode reduces downtime.
The BT4 explosion proof feature and backpack structure are adapted to the heavy duty requirements of die handling, which can effectively ensure the safety of AGV use.
