Solution: The turntable is equipped with the proximity switch. There is a positioning point on the base of the turntable. By this positioning point, the transfer cart can adjust the speed and stop automatically. The proximity switch and the positioning point are used to rotate the turntable 90 and 180 degree to accurately connect different-direction rails.

2) How to guarantee the safety of the low voltage rail power?

Solution: The low voltage rail powered refers to the 36V voltage that is quite safe. Transfer the AC 380V power to the AC 36V three-phase by the step-down transformer, then connect the AC 36V three-phase to the three tracks respectively. The wheels and the pick power mechanism conduct the AC 36V power to the step-up transformer, then the AC 36v is transformed to AC 380V through the transformer.
