1)Problem: How to guarantee the power for the operation of transfer cart?

Solution: The electric operated rail guided cart is in the middle of two manual transfer cart. The electric operated transfer cart is equipped with four motors. The power of the cart is more than 2 times than that of the straight-running transfer cart, so the electric operated turning transfer cart can drive two manual transfer carts easily by the draw bar.

2)Problem: How to choose the suitable power supply mode？

Solution: The cable will be easily rolled on the circular railway, arc-shaped rail, and s-shaped rail, so the cable reel power and towing cable power are both not suitable. The sliding line can only be laid on the straight rail, so the this power is also not suitable. While the battery power and low-voltage rail power are both suitable for the curved tracks. The battery powered transfer cart can continue to work as long as the battery has electricity, and the running distance of this wagon is not limited. The low-voltage rail powered transfer cart can work all day with the high using frequency.
