Annealing Furnace Rail Transfer Carts

The annealing furnace rail transfer carts are designed for the annealing furnace workshop material handling. This kind of rail transfer car can carry work pieces to multiple stations. Through the device of automatic connection rails, the upper transfer trolley can pull the workpiece out of the furnace or move the workpiece into the furnace. This kind of rail transfer cart system is suitable for a row of multiple annealing furnaces or the workpiece and annealing furnace are in a straight line and far away from the working condition.

With the proximity switch, the positioning accuracy of the ferry transfer cart is ±3mm. The bevel angle processing method has been adopted to connect the rail on the transfer car with the rail in the annealing furnace precisely. The automatic coupling is applied to pull the workpiece automatically.
