Anti-heat Hydraulic Lifting Battery Powered RGV for Mold Delivery

Difficulties:
In a high temperature workshop at a large manufacturing company, traditional manual mold handling is inefficient and risky, and limited by cable powered power supply, it cannot be used for flexible, long distance operations. Therefore, we customized a battery powered RGV handling system to fully automate cross-line mold transfer.

Solution:
The RGV measures 2200*1800*1000mm and features a sturdy box-beam frame structure, offering excellent high temperature resistance and heavy load capacity.
The vehicle is designed with two upper and lower decks: the upper deck is a hydraulic lift platform that can precisely raise and lower vertically to autonomously pick up and unload molds; the lower deck acts as a carrier for horizontal movement, enabling precise cross-line docking and achieving true "vertical and horizontal mobility."

Component Description:
The system is equipped with cast steel wheels and batteries, enabling continuous operation without distance restrictions. A wireless remote control and PLC intelligent coding control system (with an integrated LED display for real-time status feedback) ensures convenient operation and flexible scheduling. Features such as a laser dead man stop, a three colors audio and visual alarm, and a battery indicator enhance comprehensive safety management.

Application:
After implementing this solution, the customer successfully achieved rapid, environmentally friendly, and efficient mold transfer across multiple high temperature production lines, reducing labor reliance by 80% and achieving millimeter-level docking accuracy.
