Anti-heat Mold Handling Trackless Transfer Cart with Brackets
	Operational Challenges:
	A major foundry urgently required upgraded material handling solutions. Conventional transfer cart operated along fixed routes, lacking sufficient flexibility in high-temperature, heavy load environments.
	
	Solution:
	To further ensure uninterrupted production, our company custom-designed and manufactured this 2 tons lithium battery powered trackless AGV. Featuring a 2500×1200×600mm cast steel modular chassis and mecanum wheel drive system, it achieves fully automated transfer from the core-making area to the pouring line via intelligent coding control and wireless remote operation. 
	
	Product Advantages: 
	Flexible Operation: Mecanum wheels 360° rotation technology achieves a minimum turning radius of just 2 meters, enabling effortless navigation through 1.5 meters wide aisles. 
	Easy Operation: Dual control system combining wireless remote and intelligent coding, complemented by an LED display, enables millimetre-level precision docking. Customized brackets adapt to molds, ensuring stable operation.
	
Safety: Dual protection comprises laser dead man's stop (3 meters sensing range) and safety touch edges. High temperature resistant lithium batteries paired with smart charging stations ensure continuous operation via on-demand charging, with real-time battery status displayed.
	
	Applications: 
	During operation, operators complete mold loading/unloading via wireless remote and intelligent coding systems, with audible/visual indicators automatically remind operational status.
	
For cylinder block mold transfer tasks, the AGV reduces single-trip handling time from 18 minutes to 5 minutes while significantly lowering failure rates in high temperature environments. Within six months of deployment, the factory achieved a 150% increase in single-shift transfer volume and a 65% reduction in labour costs. Its trackless design compresses production line adjustment cycles from 7 days to 2 days, meeting foundries' flexible production demands for diverse, small-batch manufacturing.
