Design Scheme for Rail Transfer Carts in Sandblasting Workshops
In the harsh environment of sandblasting workshops, the design of rail transfer carts needs to address numerous challenges. Our newly designed rail transfer cart is specifically tailored to meet these requirements.
One of the main challenges in sandblasting workshops is incomplete sand leakage during sandblasting. These fine particles are extremely difficult to detect. Once they accumulate, they will absorb moisture, putting the transfer cart at risk of rusting. Moreover, handling large workpieces is also a tough task. Their size and weight pose challenges to efficient transportation and sandblasting operations.
Our newly designed rail transfer cart provides ingenious solutions. The double layers large tabletop is a crucial structural innovation. The upper layer is an octagonal hollowed out iron frame. The tabletop is not only large enough but also capable of 360 - degree rotation. Similar to the transfer cart, this tabletop is electrically driven. During the sandblasting of large workpieces, it reduces the work pressure on the staff. This design enables the staff to inspect every corner of the workpiece and the transfer cart, ensuring that even the tiniest sand particles can be detected. The lower layer is circular and also adopts a hollowed out design, further assisting in detecting sand leakage from different angles and making the detection process more comprehensive.
The electrical components are centralized in a location. This not only simplifies the cleaning of sand that may accumulate around these components but also ensures the safety and durability of the transfer cart. In an environment full of sand, this design ensures that the electrical system always remains in an optimal state, minimizing the risk of malfunctions.
The transfer cart has a large load bearing capacity and is powered by an environmentally friendly cable driven electrical system. It can smoothly transport these heavy objects over long distances within the workshop and seamlessly move large workpieces to different sandblasting workstations. This unique structural design, combined with its practical advantages, effectively improves production efficiency and reduces potential problems.
