The AGV flexible transportation system can communicate and collaborate with the warehouse management system (hereinafter referred to as WMS) and the online production management system (hereinafter referred to as ERP) to complete tasks such as intelligent warehousing, warehousing/outbound/shelves/identification/transportation of production materials, etc.The AGV control system obtains task information from WMS and ERP, and then issues instructions to the AGV to complete the task.
For example: ERP issues a "shipping task”, the AGV control system receives the relevant information, assigns the task according to the location of the AGV and plans the operation route of the AGV trolley. The AGV comes to the loading point according to the prescribed route, and identifies the corresponding goods through RFID, two-dimensional code, magnetic stripe, etc. After the confirmation is completed, the goods can be shipped correctly, and the information is read on the shelf information card where the goods are finally stored, and then fed back to the AGV control system, which records the storage location of the goods by the AGV control system.During the execution of the order, the AGV automates the transportation and loading of the whole process, fully automates the entire line of material transportation, and greatly reduces the labor cost of the enterprise in the material transportation link.
