Solution
Based on the customer's needs, we designed and manufactured this 100 tons trackless battery powered transfer cart. With a compact body measuring 4500×1800×600mm, the cart can carry an extreme load of over 100 tons. Its core advantage stems from the stable structure of the cast steel frame, ensuring that large molds do not sway during transport.

Easy Operation

Designed for the harsh environment of high temperature dust in foundries, the cart features a high temperature resistant motor and a sealed battery compartment. Combined with polyurethane wear resistant wheels and a portable charger, it can operate continuously for extended periods in high temperature workshops without the need for tracks. Wireless remote control allows for 360° turning, easily navigating between steel making furnaces, processing areas, and storage rooms.

Safety in Use
The laser guided dead man stop system can monitor for foreign object traces in real time from approximately 5 meters away. Once a foreign object is detected, it immediately powers off the transfer cart. Dual protection with safety edges and audible/visual warning lights prevents collisions. A real-time updated battery level display and fault indicator lights provide clear visibility of the cart's remaining power, completely eliminating the risk of breakdowns.

This trackless transfer cart has become the main equipment for the factory, handling over 500 tons of goods daily. Its zero-emission and low-noise characteristics have helped the company obtain environmental certification, reducing annual maintenance costs by 30%.
