Solution
Based on the customer's needs, we designed and manufactured this 30 tons battery powered rail transfer cart (dimensions 3500 x 2000 x 500 mm). The cart features a box-girder frame and flat platform design, combined with cast steel wheels for stable operation under heavy loads.

Transfer cart with a dual control mode of wireless remote control and smart handle allows operators to flexibly operate from a safe distance;audible and visual warning lights and an emergency stop button ensure operational safety. Battery power results in zero emissions and low noise;its high temperature resistance is suitable for workshop environments; and a power display screen monitors the remaining battery life in real time, meeting all-weather heavy duty requirements.

Application
After being put into use, this cart with its 30 tons heavy duty capacity, can transport up to six large stone blocks in a single trip. Whether it's the intra-workshop transport of heavy building materials such as cement and steel, or the warehousing and docking of finished building materials, it can achieve precise point-to-point delivery. Transportation efficiency is increased by 200% compared to traditional forklifts.
The time for inter-workshop material transfer is reduced from 40 minutes to 15 minutes. Battery power reduces diesel consumption by 30 tons annually, lowers carbon emissions by approximately 80 tons, and lowers overall energy costs by 40%. Its ease of operation allows a single worker to complete tasks that previously required three people, reducing labor costs by 60%.
