30 Tons Cable Reel Rail Transfer Cart in Workshop Transportation
Production Challenges
A manufacturing company needs to handle the transfer and handling of non-power transfer cart within its production workshop, covering a distance of approximately 11 meters. The existing handling method relied on manual labor and intermittent power supply, which not only limited operating time but also suffered from instability during heavy load transport and insufficient docking precision. Furthermore, frequent start-stop cycles led to low efficiency and increased safety hazards, making it difficult to meet continuous production schedules.

Solution
Based on the customer's actual usage needs and application scenario, we designed and manufactured this 30 tons cable reel powered rail transfer cart. The equipment uses a cable reel power supply, enabling unlimited operation. It features a custom-designed 3500×1800×600mm platform with tracks laid flush with the ground for seamless docking.
Advantages
Unlimited Range: Eliminates battery life anxiety, suitable for high frequency, long duration production operations.
Heavy Duty Stability: Maintains stable operation even under a 30 tons load; a shock-absorbing system protects precision workpieces from damage.
Intelligent Interaction: Dual-mode operation with wireless remote control and wired handle, flexible and intuitive.
Safety Precautions: This rail transfer cart equipped with a laser sensor, audible and visual warning lights, and an emergency stop button; for special environments, the entire cart is fitted with an explosion-proof enclosure to comprehensively ensure electrical and operational safety.

Applications
On its 11-meter-long operating track, this rail transfer cart primarily undertakes "track-to-track" material handling tasks. When the cart reaches the designated workstation, it precisely connects with the existing line through position settings to achieve cart transfer. Operators can control the vehicle from a safe distance using a remote control, and laser sensors monitor track obstacles in real time, ensuring safety in a human-machine coexistence environment.
