In traditional high-strength aluminum wire coil production workshops, the conventional transfer of large coils often relies heavily on fixed tracks or heavy duty forklifts. However, due to the large span of the factory and the complex distribution of workstations, rail transport is not only costly to lay but also severely limits route flexibility. Traditional forklifts, when handling overweight and large-volume aluminum wire coils, suffer from large blind spots, numerous safety hazards, and low operational efficiency. The traditional material handling model urgently needs a breakthrough.

Solution
Based on the customer's needs and actual application scenarios, we customized a 10 tons battery powered without rail transfer cart. This solution adopts a trackless design, eliminating the spatial constraints of traditional tracks. The cart structure uses a cast steel frame and is equipped with a customized recessed platform and guardrails to accommodate the curved characteristics of aluminum wire coils.
The transfer cart is powered by a high-performance battery and equipped with a portable charger. Combined with a dual control mode of wireless remote control and wired handle, operators can easily handle 10 tons loads from a safe distance.

Applications

After the hoisting equipment precisely places a 10 tons aluminum wire coil onto the customized platform of the transfer cart, the operator can start the vehicle via wireless remote control. The solid polyurethane wheels not only have strong load-bearing capacity but also effectively protect the workshop floor from wear. The cart smoothly moves and turns between processing stations with heavy loads, delivering materials directly to designated workstations in a smooth and efficient process.
