Production Challenges

In the assembly stage of heavy machinery manufacturing, companies often face challenges such as heavy workpieces, high transfer frequency, and stringent docking precision requirements. Traditional handling equipment is often limited by power cables, restricting operating distance and making it difficult to achieve autonomous loading and unloading across processes. Especially when docking with high-level work platforms, relying solely on manual hoisting is not only inefficient but also poses significant safety hazards, severely hindering the automation upgrade of the production line.

Solution
Based on the customer's usage needs and actual application scenarios, we designed and manufactured this 13 tons battery powered rail transport cart. This equipment adopts an innovative double-layer box girder frame structure.

• Bottom Layer Displacement: Battery powered, completely eliminating the constraints of operating distance; combined with cast steel wheels, ensuring stability under heavy loads.

• Upper Layer Traction: Equipped with a cable powered traction trolley, precisely controlling displacement.

• Intelligent Docking: The rail transport cart integrates a hydraulic lifting ladder and a laser sensor, enabling precise alignment of docking stations and autonomous loading and unloading of materials through both wireless remote control and wired handle control.

Application
In actual operation, the rail transport cart receives instructions and quickly reaches the starting position via tracks. The hydraulic lifting platform automatically adjusts according to the preset height, achieving seamless docking with the production line.
The traction trolley smoothly pulls heavy components to the customized platform using fixed slots and a cable chain system. No crane intervention is required throughout the process, significantly improving the efficiency and procedural nature of material handling.
