A heavy machinery plant needs to complete frequent daily transfers of hundreds of materials and parts of varying sizes. Traditional handling equipment is limited by power supply distance, resulting in low efficiency and prone to collision damage.
Solution
This rail transfer cart utilizes a compact 3000*2000*800mm box-girder frame design and a high capacity battery power system, breaking distance constraints and enabling uninterrupted operation around the clock.
Customized safety design
Two pairs of iron brackets on the platform and 20cm high iron posts at the four corners form a "track-stop" protection system, minimizing the risk of slippage during transfer of irregularly shaped parts.
Laser dead man stop system works in conjunction with a shock-absorbing buffer. When a person approaches within 3 meters, the cart automatically brakes within 0.3 seconds and triggers an audible and visual warning light.
The wireless remote control system supports precise control within a 20 meters range and monitors the battery life in real time. When the battery level drops below a set value, an alert is issued to ensure safe operation of the transfer cart and allow for timely adjustments to production schedules.
Applications
This cart has a load capacity of 30 tons. During the transfer of gearbox casings, its rapid positioning via an iron bracket significantly reduces loading and unloading time. It is a key piece of equipment for flexible production in industries such as automotive manufacturing and heavy machinery.
