In a large-scale heavy machinery production workshop, workers face a daunting task every day: transporting 15 tons molds from the processing area to the assembly line. Traditional forklifts not only require a large turning radius, making them difficult to maneuver in narrow aisles, but also suffer from frequent charging interruptions, severely impacting production efficiency.
Solution
Based on the customer's requirements and actual working conditions, we designed and manufactured this battery powered rail transfer cart.
The rail transfer cart features a box-beam structure, equipped with cast steel wheels and a dual-control system, making it suitable for high temperature workshop environments. The platform can be customized according to mold dimensions, completely breaking the limitations of traditional handling equipment.

Application
In the mold processing area, the operator uses a wireless remote control to precisely position the rail transfer cart at the loading point. The cast steel wheels roll smoothly along the rails, ensuring stable start and stop movements even when fully loaded with a 15 tons mold.
When passing through the high temperature heat treatment zone, the transfer cart's performance remains unaffected. Upon reaching the assembly line, workers use a wired control pendant for fine-tuning and docking. Throughout the process, the battery level display provides real-time feedback on remaining power, allowing operators to schedule charging time efficiently and ensure smooth production.
