The self-dumping transfer cart with tilting device is a kind of rail transfer cart designed for oil field. This kind of rail transfer cart apply to the operation condition of the large climbing angle (greater than 5°), and need for automatic unloading occasion. Trought the automatic tipping device, the climbing transfer car on the inclined track several meters above the ground pours the oil sludge into the lower transfer cart on the ground, the lower car transports the sludge to the working station and then pours the sludge into the dis posal equipment.

The winch pulls the climbing transfer car. The transfer car itself is not powered. The automatic tipping device must be equipped with additional power. The cable power and sliding wire power are both not suitable. So we adopt the battery power to drive the hydraulic ram to realize the function of automatic turnover and unloading.
