Project Overview
With the rapid expansion of the production capacity of the heavy industry, the production line has put forward higher requirements for the handling capacity and timeliness of items, and as the handling intensity gradually increases, the control of factory accidents is also a major focus.The large load of traditional manual handling operations and the frequent movement of personnel have led to insufficient convergence of the process beats before and after the workshop, and there are problems such as insecurity and low utilization rate.
In the manufacturing process of heavy-duty equipment, NEWLD launched an integrated solution, and the project uses a latent 2000KG load AGV.On the basis of the automation of the whole material process, it can complete the opening up of the data stream of the whole plant, effectively solve the problems of low stability and high risk caused by manual handling operations in heavy machinery production, and achieve stable, continuous and efficient heavy machinery production.
Project Pain Points
1. Handling of heavy-duty items, one is of high material quality and the other is of high labor intensity. Under the dual “load”, traditional handling has a greater risk, which can easily cause injuries to personnel or handling accidents caused by labor fatigue.
2. The frequent and back-and-forth movement of personnel in the workshop not only causes chaos in the workshop and affects the handling efficiency, but also leads to the incomplete connection of the process beats before and after the workshop, which does not meet the needs of fast and efficient production.
