A large machinery manufacturing workshop frequently needs to move large molds and heavy workpieces weighing around 20 tons daily. Traditional handling equipment has insufficient load capacity and limited operation, making it unsuitable for the workshop's continuous three-shift production rhythm.
Solution
Based on the customer's usage needs and actual application scenarios, we designed and manufactured this 20 tons cable reel powered electric rail transport cart. It features a box-girder body and flat platform design, equipped with cast steel wheels and a cable reel, and is continuously powered by a cable reel. It supports both wireless remote control and wired handle control, and integrates audible and visual warning lights, an emergency stop button, and an LED display screen.
