25 Tons Smart Transporter Reshapes Heavy Mold Flow

Production Dilemma
The mold storage center of a large manufacturing base has long faced challenges with heavy mold flow. Traditional transport equipment, limited by its power supply, cannot flexibly dispatch molds across regions or over long distances. Furthermore, mold storage locations are scattered, requiring precise docking and steering between racks and production lines. Manual operations are inefficient and pose safety risks.

Solution
Based on customer requirements, we designed and produced this 25 tons safety sliding line powered transfer cart. Its core lies in its innovative "dual-layer power structure":

The lower layer (4000*3500*1000mm) features a sturdy cast steel frame and is equipped with a safety sliding line busbar power supply system, enabling continuous power supply regardless of distance or time. Operators use a wireless remote control to control the cart's movement along a pre-set track. Combined with audible and visual warning lights and an emergency stop button, the transfer cart provides safe and controllable operation throughout the entire process.

The upper workbench integrates a 360 degrees rotating turntable and a cable powered intelligent tilting arm. Once the cart is precisely positioned on the target shelf via the busbar system, the built-in turntable rotates the entire upper mechanism, effortlessly adjusting the mold's orientation. The intelligent tilting arm then extends, utilizing a towing hook and other devices to automatically grasp, lift, and load and unload the mold, achieving seamless integration with various mold carts.

It maintains stable operation in workshop temperatures exceeding 65°C, increasing mold transfer efficiency by over 50%. It offers a significant upgrade in safety and automation, making it an indispensable transfer device for workshop logistics.
